Bought a Western Digital 40 GB hard drive from Bryan.

Everything was fine with this deal as far as communication, payment and fast shipping but, the packing job of the hard drive was unacceptable. The hard drive was inside a 5 1/2 bay drive rail and not screwed to it so it was sliding loose in it during shipment. The drive was also not in an antistatic bag and was placed with just a few peanuts in the smallest Priority Mail box they make. Of course, I was not pleased with this but, remarkably, the drive still works. I PM\'ed Bryan my feelings on this after I received the drive and never heard anything back from him. I would just ask him to pack his hardware better if you do any deals with him.

Payment was fine and he shipped right away, the drive was in good working order, and there was good communication throughout.

However, when I recieved the box the drive was not in a static bag- just wrapped in some Newegg Bubble Wrap, and the jumper pins were missing.

I contacted him about this and he replied that he would get some static bags for future use and offered to send the jumpers and let him know how it went. I had extra jumpers and the drive works fine so everything turned out alright in the end.

A good trader- just make sure that everything is properly handled before shipping.
